Role : Business Data AnalystLocation : HybridKey Role and Responsibilities :- Act as liaison between the technical and business teams.- Should be able to connect with Client SME and understand Functionality and Data.- Should be able to do Data Profiling to understand the quality of Data and critical Data elements, and how to standardize Reference and master data across systems.- Work on Data mapping, Data lineage docs, data models, and design docs that allow stakeholders to understand data mappings and transformations.Must Have :- 5+ years of work experience in large-scale Data applications doing Data Analysis, Data Mapping, and Data Transformations.- Experience in Snowflake and any relational DB.- Very valuable Verbal and Written communication and tracking skills.- SQL, business requirement gatherings,



and Source-to-target mappings (STTM) writing.- Should have exposure to data consolidation, transformation, and standardization from a different system.- Experience with Insurance (Property and Casualty Insurance - P&C;) Domain clients.- Be a self-starter.- Must be able to integrate quickly into the team and work independently towards team goals.Good To Have :- Knowledge in the Insurance domain and SQL.Education :- Bachelors degree in computer science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of education and experience.Key Skills :- SQL, STTM writing, Insurance Domain (ref:hirist.tech)
