Job Summary
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior/Master Program Manager with deep expertise in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and enterprise learning ecosystems. This role is responsible for leading large-scale, multi-year, multi-workstream initiatives across global stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational vision, learning strategy, and digital transformation objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong delivery governance, exceptional communication skills, and proven experience driving enterprise-level LMS programs from concept to global rollout.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Portfolio Oversight
Own and drive the LMS transformation strategy, roadmap, and execution across the enterprise.
Lead multiple programs/projects under the LMS portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Advise executives and business leaders on learning technology trends, industry standards, and best practices.
Serve as the primary liaison for senior leadership, and business stakeholders.
Communicate program vision, progress, risks, and decisions with clarity and confidence.

LMS Domain Expertise
Provide subject-matter leadership on enterprise LMS platforms such as Intellum, Docebo, Degreed.
Ensure solutions align with industry standards (SCORM, xAPI, AICC), compliance requirements, SSO/Identity Management, content lifecycle, and learning experience strategies.
Oversee data migration, content integration, analytics, reporting modernization,



and ecosystem integration (HRIS, CRM, LXP, mobile learning, etc.).
Good to have Knowledge on Cornerstone, SAP SuccessFactors LMS, Moodle Workplace, Blackboard, Canvas, etc.

Delivery & Program Execution Excellence
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, QA, DevOps, content, and operations.
Establish program governance, delivery methodologies, KPIs, and success measures.
Manage complex dependencies, risks, and multi-vendor coordination at scale.
Ensure seamless rollout across regions, business units, and user communities.
Leverage analytics and insights to drive continuous improvement of learning experiences and platform performance.
years of experience in Program/Portfolio Management in enterprise environments.
Extensive experience in LMS implementation, migration, integration, and optimization.
Proven success leading multi-million-dollar, multi-country LMS or EdTech programs.
Strong understanding of learning ecosystems, LXPs, HRIS integrations, analytics dashboards, and modern learning architectures.
Expertise in Agile, Secure, and hybrid delivery models.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive stakeholder management skills.
Strong leadership experience with distributed/global teams and multi-vendor environments.

Preferred Skills
Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, and modern SaaS learning platforms.
Certifications:
PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe SPC, or equivalent.
Experience with AI-driven learning, adaptive learning systems, and analytics.
Background in enterprise digital transformation initiatives beyond LMS.

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
