Duties and Responsibilities
Equipment standard build up and performance improvement
Current generation equipment phase in
Spare parts and tooling management
Cross functional team work and driving for improvement
Technician management and skill training
Factory automation development

Requirements
Bachelor degree and above. Major in Mechanical and Electrical engineering related fields.
Proactive mind, curiosity and want to learn communication skills by using English.
Having experience with equipment maintenance or improvement is a plus.
Having experience with mold tool design or maintenance is a plus.
Having experience with equipment automation is a plus.
