Job Summary
ThousandEyes and Nlyte
Job description
7–10 years in data center operations or infrastructure management.
Responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing ThousandEyes solutions to monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure end-to-end visibility across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Expertise in Nlyte DCIM platform and related modules (Asset Optimizer, Energy Optimizer)
• Strong understanding of data center power, cooling, and cabling standards.
• Experience with hardware installation, structured cabling, and inventory management.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools.
• Certifications in DCIM or Data Center Management preferred.
• Deploy and configure ThousandEyes agents for network and application monitoring.
• Analyze network paths, DNS, BGP, and application performance metrics to identify bottlenecks.
• Integrate ThousandEyes with existing monitoring tools and dashboards.




• Provide detailed reports and recommendations for improving network reliability and digital experience.
• Collaborate with network engineering and security teams to resolve performance issues.
• Maintain compliance with organizational standards and security policies.
