Join NVIDIA and play a pivotal role in our future! As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be part of a top-tier finance team at our site in Yokneam, IL. You will handle Accounts Payable exceptions and collaborate with essential vendors. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to pioneering process improvement projects in a dynamic, quick-paced environment.

What you'll be doing:
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable processes and provide training to ensure uniform practices. Manage the entire invoice processing cycle, including reconciliation and timely resolution of errors. Lead and support AP automation projects through training, problem resolution, and testing.



Monitor and report on critical metrics for the Vendor Invoice Management system. Collaborate closely with vendors and internal buyers to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Ensure compliance with local tax and regulatory requirements (e.g., VAT, WHT where applicable). Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including accruals and reporting as needs.

What we need to see:
BA in Finance and Bookkeeping type 3 certification or higher or equivalent experience 5+ years of proven experience in Accounts Payable. Proficiency in accounting software systems, particularly SAP, and experience with Vendor Invoice Management systems. Outstanding skills in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Strong analytical abilities and excellent organizational skills with the capability to multi-task. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Demonstrated experience in process automation and improvement. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. English and Hebrew in high level – correspondence, conversation and guiding.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:
ERP system knowledge: SAP, OpenText/ Experience with automated invoices processing systems. Skilled in using automation and generative AI tools. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Drive for excellence and ability to handle a high-paced environment. Experience in an industrial global Hi-Tech company.
