Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Enable features for complete environments of Nordea, implementation, integrity testing, application validation
Troubleshoot & fix issues post changes, provide support for various issues if occur after rollout
Rollback plan, immediate implementation if any business critical databases actual plan failed
Prepare prePROD environment to enable FSFO
Sync DataGuard if any issues/Error in DG, rebuild Standby as per need
DB Service Creation and PDB Level Service Validation
Creation of New DB and Migration of Old PDB to New Container
Activation of FSFO and troubleshooting FSFO issue
Execute tests on prePROD: Switchover and Failover
DB Level Patching and execute changes related to OS
RAC Issues Handling with DR, OGG Microservices and OEM setup
Implement changes on PROD
Physical Location: all standard Nordea locations in Poland possible

Experience Requirements (Essential):
10+ years of experience managing Oracle Database version 12c to 19c [RAC, Data guard]
Operating system experience in Linux
Oracle management tools (Data Guard, RMAN, Data pump)
Architecture design principles
Valuable problem solver,



focused and dedicated developer with ability to work independently and with team
Strong practical experience of ORACLE in production RAC (ASM) environment (19c)
Must be self-starter with strong attention to detail
Good knowledge on Oracle Golden gate [Clear understanding of process flow, Downstream databases, OGG start stop]
Good knowledge on Storage and FSFO problem solving, observers
Good knowledge on process [Change management, Incident management]
Knowledge on Oracle SR handling and OEM architecture, and managing OEM matrices

Key Responsibilities
1. Generate Tower Level Ee And En Revenue By Strategizing And Executing Initiatives In Oracle Exadata And Database Administration.
2. Ensure Timely Resolution Of Escalations And Crises By Coordinating With Teams And Adhering To Agreed Sla Norms.
3. Oversee Operational Hygiene By Validating Reports And Ensuring Services Are Delivered In Accordance With The Statement Of Work (Sow).
4. Enhance Customer Satisfaction By Developing And Implementing New Initiatives And Frameworks Focused On Service Excellence In Oracle Support.
5. Drive The Profit Improvement Plan (Pip) Through Automation And Self-Driven Initiatives To Optimize Operational Efficiency And Reduce Costs.

1. Expert Knowledge In Oracle Exadata And Database Administration.
2. Strong Understanding Of Service-Level Agreements And Operational Management.
