Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with expertise in Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management System (LMS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules to meet business requirements and enhance HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors modules including Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and LMS.
Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Provide end-to-end support for SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements.




Conduct system testing, data validation, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
Deliver training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

Skill Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules: Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, and LMS.
Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices.
Experience with system configuration, integration, and data migration.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) preferred.
