Job Summary
Senior Python Backend Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI systems and Generative AI (GenAI). The candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and building scalable backend systems, developing autonomous AI agents, and working with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Gemini models. Candidates will play a key role in architecting intelligent systems, building agent-based workflows, and ensuring robust evaluation frameworks for AI-driven applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Python.
• Build and deploy AI agents / autonomous agents, including orchestration, tool integration, and workflow design.
• Work with Gemini (Google GenAI models) and other GCP AI services to develop intelligent applications.
• Develop and implement agent evaluation frameworks,



including performance benchmarking, accuracy validation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, DevOps) to deliver end-to-end AI solutions.
• Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability in cloud environments.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in code quality, security, and cloud architecture.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in distributed systems.

Skill Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Python backend development (FastAPI, Flask, Django, etc.).
• Strong experience in Agent development / Agentic AI frameworks (Google ADK, Langchain, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Vertex AI, Vertex Agent engine, AI/ML, etc.
• Experience working with Gemini (Google Generative AI models).
• Robust understanding of agent evaluation techniques (prompt evaluation, model benchmarking, RLHF concepts, etc.).
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
