Job Summary
Salesforce SFDC Lightning (Health Cloud) JD: Offshore Sr Salesforce Developer 6-9 years of experience in developing Apex, VFpages, Web Services, Flows, Lightning Process Builder. 3-6 years of experience working in REST API and building integration from/to Salesforce. 3-5 years of experience working in Lightning Framework and Experience in Health Cloud Experience working with Salesforce API and integrating third-party components into Salesforce. Experience with salesforce.com release and change management solutions. Self-motivated; works independently. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills; ability to handle diverse situations, multiple projects, and rapidly changing priorities. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, especially in representing their technical expertise to a diverse audience. Provide on-going development, integration, and administrative support to quickly fix production issues with Salesforce.com and provide on-going maintenance/ enhancements. Work and deliver under tight and ever-changing deadlines with the ability to multi-task. Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform. Participate in technical discussions. Partner with business representatives and business analysts to understand their needs.



Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum). Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Salesforce Certifications are highly recommended (PD1, App Builder, Admin etc.) Ability to lead 3+ members of team.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of salesforce applications using salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning.
2. Provide expertise in customizing salesforce applications to meet specific business needs and integration requirements.
3. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
4. Conduct code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce best practices in salesforce development.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to salesforce applications.
6. Stay updated with the latest salesforce features and recommend solutions to enhance the overall performance of salesforce implementations.
7. Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance and training as needed.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in salesforce development including salesforce apex development and salesforce lightning.
2. In-depth knowledge of salesforce configuration, customization, apex, visualforce, and lightning components.
3. Experience in designing and implementing salesforce solutions that align with business objectives.
4. Strong understanding of salesforce integration capabilities with third-party systems.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast paced workplace.
6. Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.

Other Requirements
1. Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II are preferred.
