Job Summary
To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects, providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.

Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.

API integrations, and executive analytics on BY Transportation platforms.
Design and configure Blue Yonder Transportation SmartBench dashboards using native, highly configurable UI components for operational personas.
Develop grid-based views and interactive maps to support real-time transportation planning and load execution.
Configure persona-based dashboards tailored for planners, analysts, and business users.
Enable external BI integration with Microsoft Power BI and/or Tableau for executive-level reporting.
Support aggregation of TMS data with ERP and financial systems to provide a consolidated analytics view.
Design data models optimized for analytics and performance.
Utilize Blue Yonder Data Cloud to serve the presentation and reporting layer.
Implement data virtualization techniques to ensure high-performance dashboards without overloading transactional TMS systems.
Ensure scalability and responsiveness of reporting solutions.
Develop custom widgets and web components using Blue Yonder Developer-Link APIs for embedding TMS metrics into enterprise portals or mobile applications.
Design and implement integrations using RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and GraphQL.
Enable seamless data exchange between Blue Yonder TMS, ERP platforms, and third-party enterprise systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams (Business, QA, Architecture).
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working in enterprise-scale delivery environments.
