Job Summary
Sr. UI Tech Lead A skilled and experienced Senior React UI Developer will be responsible for creating robust and scalable user interfaces using React & Redux, React Material UI. The expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript & JavaScript, and integration of external/third party JS SDK combined with a deep understanding of React.js, will enable to lead the front-end development efforts and deliver high-quality user experiences. Architect, design, and develop scalable and high-performance front-end applications using React.js. Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and code reviews. Collaborate cl12+ years of extensive experience working with React.js and its ecosystem, including Redux, React Router, React Material UI, and related libraries. Proven track record of designing and implementing complex front-end architectures for large-scale applications. Ability to lead POC and UI technical team including but not limited to integration of third-party JS SDK, Custom theming, performance optimization and web accessibility. Solid understanding of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Typescript, and modern build tools like Webpack & Vite. Experience with backend technologies and frameworks is a plus. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Skill Requirements
1. Strong proficiency in java programming language and spring framework.
2. Experience in designing and developing microservices architecture.
3. Proficiency in frontend development using react framework.
4. Solid understanding of restful apis and web services.
5. Experience with containerization technologies such as docker and kubernetes.
6. Familiarity with ci/cd pipelines and devops practices.
7. Robust problem-solving skills and ability to analyze and resolve technical issues.
8. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively lead a technical team.

Other Requirements
1. Relevant certifications in Java, Microservices, or React are a plus.
