Job Summary
In this role as a Technical Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing efficient HTML, Cascading Style Sheet (CSS), web development utilizing JavaScript and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Your primary objectives will be to enhance user experience, ensure web application performance, and maintain brand consistency across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement high-quality, responsive web solutions using html, css, and javascript.
2. Work on adobe experience manager (aem) to create and maintain web pages and components.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure the technical feasibility of ui/ux designs.
4. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
5. Implement and maintain brand guidelines and standards.
6. Troubleshoot and debug technical issues as they arise.
7. Stay uptodate on emerging technologies and trends in web development.

Skill Requirements
Must Have




Strong hands-on experience with Adobe AEM Cloud Service, including cloud-native development, deployment, and best practices.
Positive experience working as a Technical Architect / Solution Architect, contributing to solution design, architecture decisions, and scalable implementation patterns.
Hands-on experience with Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS / Project Franklin), including document-based authoring, Git-based workflows, and performance-first, CDN-driven delivery.
Experience building or integrating Adobe or external agents (AI/automation) to improve developer productivity, content operations, or delivery efficiency.
Expertise in AEM component development using Apache Sling, OSGi Services (OSGi Annotations), HTL, GraphQL, XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX.
Experience implementing Edge Delivery–based solutions, including decoupled content delivery and optimized rendering patterns.
Strong experience with components, templates, workflows, Sling Servlets, OSGi configurations, and environment-specific configurations.
Ability to debug and troubleshoot AEM Cloud and Edge Delivery issues, including caching, CDN behavior, and performance bottlenecks.
Hands-on experience with Apache Web Server, Dispatcher, and CDN configurations.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git-based workflows, and Adobe Cloud Manager.
Knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud integrations, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Launch.
