Job Summary
Senior GenAI Developer
Role:
Hands‑on senior developer to build, deploy, and maintain production GenAI features across retrieval, prompting, fine‑tuning, and agentic workflows.
Focus:
deliver scalable, secure, and observable GenAI components that integrate with product backends and data platforms.
Location:
Preferably Hyderabad
Core responsibilities
• Design and implement RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, vector stores, and model inference layers.
• Build production integrations with data sources, APIs, and application backends; implement caching, batching, and latency optimizations.
• Operationalize models: CI/CD for models, autoscaling inference, monitoring, logging, and alerting.
• Ensure safety and governance: implement PII masking, content filters, provenance, and explainability hooks.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, ML engineers, data engineers, and security to translate requirements into deliverables.
• Mentor and document: write runbooks, design docs, and onboarding guides for GenAI components.
Required skills and experience
• 3–10 years software engineering experience with at least 3+ years on GenAI/LLM projects.
• Solid Python skills and experience with LLM toolkits (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalent).
• Strong AI/ML exposure.




• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate, or FAISS) and RAG architectures.
• Cloud and infra knowledge: Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, and managed inference services (GCP preferred).
• Production ML ops: model versioning, monitoring (latency, drift), and cost optimization.
• Security and data privacy: PII handling, encryption, and secure model hosting.
Nice to have
• Experience with agentic systems or multi‑agent orchestration.
• Familiarity with multimodal models and vision‑capable LLMs.
• Background in regulated domains such as Supply Chain, healthcare or finance.
• Prior work on prompt engineering frameworks and automated prompt testing.
Key Responsibilities
1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
2. To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization, implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
