Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer,



a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications. This role requires taking ownership of the project’s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands coordinating with various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions, while continuously monitoring progress and addressing challenges to maintain project momentum and quality standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project goals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing processes to enhance team productivity and project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
• Strong knowledge of integration frameworks and middleware technologies related to Workday.
• Experience in designing and implementing complex integration solutions within enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques in integration scenarios.
• Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
