Job Summary
Technical Leadership
Act as Technical Lead for SAP BW / BW on HANA initiatives across development and support streams
Provide solution design, architecture guidance, and best practices for SAP BW data models
Mentor and guide BW developers and junior consultants
Design & Development
Design and build:
• InfoObjects, ADSOs, InfoCubes, Composite Providers
• LSA / LSA++ architecture
• Open ODS Views, HANA‑Optimized Objects
Develop and enhance:
• Transformations, DTPs, InfoPackages
• Start/End/Expert routines




• Process Chains (complex dependency-based chains)
BW on HANA / BW4HANA
Drive migration and optimization for BW on HANA / BW4HANA
Implement HANA‑optimized modeling techniques
Performance tuning using:
• HANA push‑down logic
• Code optimization
• Data volume management
Key Responsibilities
1. To analyze the assigned PC/CI (production support/continuous improvement) incidents and propose solutions /fixes.
2. To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements.
3. To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs.
4. To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project.
5. To participate in team meetings.
