Job Summary
4–8 years (with at least 3+ years in PIM or Product Information Management platforms) Need to have InRiver certification Need to have robust knowledge on Expression engine Provide L2/L3 support for the InRiver PIM application including incidents, service requests, and operational issues. Analyze and troubleshoot functional and technical issues related to: Product entities, attributes, channels, and models Workflows, completeness rules, and publishing processes Expression Engine logic and configuration behavior Perform impact analysis and provide interim workarounds wherever possible.

Key Responsibilities

To develop and deliver detailed solutions through consulting project activities
2. To perform qualitative and/or quantitative analyses to assist in the identification of client issues and the development of client-specific solutions
3. To coordinate with Internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective deliver of client specific solution
4. To design, structure and deliver reports and presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience
5. To cultivate successful customer relationships
