Job Summary
Support AWS RDS databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) • Assist in managing OCI Exadata Cloud@Customer VM clusters • Perform routine DBA activities as per runbooks and SOPs • Monitor database performance, availability, and health • Assist in backup, recovery, and restore activities • Execute patching, upgrades, and maintenance jobs • Support database cloning, refresh, and indexing • Monitor database space utilization and logs • Handle incident, service request,



and change tickets • Assist in replication and DR monitoring • Perform user account and access management • Maintain documentation and runbooks

Key Responsibilities
Provide L2 database support for AWS RDS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and OCI Exadata Cloud@Customer environments, ensuring smooth operations, monitoring, and adherence to SOPs under a managed services model.

Skill Requirements
AWS RDS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server) • Basic OCI Exadata Cloud@Customer understanding • Database monitoring & health checks • SQL fundamentals • Backup & recovery basics • Linux fundamentals

Other Requirements
Basic scripting (Shell/Python) • ServiceNow ITSM • Exposure to AWS/OCI cloud environments
