ServiceNow Developer, Support – Field Service Management (FSM) - JD
Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow FSM applications.
• FSM configuration and customization
• Implement workflows for dispatching, scheduling, and mobile workforce management.
• Integrate FSM with ITSM and other enterprise systems.
• Optimize field operations through automation and analytics.
Skill Requirements
• ServiceNow FSM developer (must have experience in FSM configuration and customization, at least 2-3 years with FSM customization)
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow FSM module.
• Robust scripting and configuration skills in ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with mobile app development and geolocation services.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics is a plus.
