Job Summary
The Technical Lead for UIPath will be responsible for leading a team in the development and implementation of automation solutions using UIPath tools. The role involves designing, testing, and deploying automation workflows to optimize business processes and enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead a team of uipath developers in creating automation workflows and solutions.
2. Design and architect uipath processes and solutions to meet business requirements.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather automation requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement.
4. Develop and implement best practices for uipath development and automation.

Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and support to team members.
6. Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and ensure smooth operation of automation solutions.
7. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in uipath and automation technologies.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in uipath studio, orchestrator, and other uipath tools.
2. Strong experience in designing and developing automation workflows using uipath.
3. Knowledge of programming languages such as c#, java, or python.
4. Ability to lead and mentor a team of uipath developers.
5. Valuable understanding of rpa concepts and best practices.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders effectively.

Other Requirements
1. UIPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer.
