Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Test Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our products through rigorous testing, defect identification, and continuous improvement of testing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ability to analyze business requirements & functional specs
• Skilled in creating & executing test plans, cases and scripts
• Hands-on with JIRA or any similar tool
• Strong foundation in functional, regression, system and user acceptance testing to ensure product quality and stability.
• Participate in daily stand‑ups, sprint ceremonies, and project discussions to stay aligned with project goals
• Ability to interact with cross-functional teams and clients effectively
• Work with developers, product managers, and QA teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Test Engineer, QA Engineer, or similar role.




• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools and processes.
• Proficiency with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM etc.).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills with robust attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Knowledge of API testing using Postman
• Exposure to automation tools like Selenium, Playwright etc.

Key Responsibilities
1. To adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.
2. To provide support for complex incidents, escalated by analysts, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions to resolve technical & security issues.
3. To work on value adding activities such Knowledge base update & management, training freshers, coaching analyst.
4. To resolve complex tickets within agreed SLAs and collaborate with other support teams to ensure seamless operations & security posture.
5. To ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution, minimum rejected resolutions / reopen Cases and mitigating security threats.
