Must-Have Skills & Experience
• Power BI – Expert level (5–7+ years)
o DAX, Power Query (M language), measures, advanced data modeling, row-level security.
o Experience with complex dashboards, reports, and performance optimization.
o Robust understanding of Power BI Service (publishing, workspace management, governance).
• Snowflake
o SQL proficiency
o Data modeling and data warehouse concepts (star/snowflake schema, fact/dimension tables).
o Integration with BI tools (Power BI, ETL/ELT processes).
• Data Warehousing & Analytics – 5+ years
o Solid understanding of ETL/ELT pipelines, dimensional modeling,



and data governance.
o Ability to work with large datasets, optimize queries, and manage performance.
