About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer cum Video Editor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both static and video content, understands social media trends, and can transform ideas into engaging visual assets.

You will be responsible for designing graphics, editing short-form and long-form videos, creating social media content, and supporting various client marketing campaigns across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

- Design high-quality graphics for social media, digital marketing campaigns, presentations, websites, and branding materials.
- Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, Tik Tok, You Tube Shorts, Linked In, and other platforms.
- Edit long-form content including podcasts, interviews, and corporate videos.
- Create engaging thumbnails, carousels, banners, and promotional creatives.
- Incorporate motion graphics, text animations, transitions, and visual effects where appropriate.
- Ensure all creative assets align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with content strategists, marketers, and account managers to deliver projects on time.
- Stay updated on design trends, social media best practices, and emerging content formats.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro




- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
- Good understanding of video editing workflows, storytelling, pacing, and audio synchronization
- Ability to create social media-ready content optimized for different platforms
- Knowledge of typography, layout design, branding, and visual hierarchy
- Understanding of content formats for Meta, Linked In, You Tube, and Tik Tok

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Adobe After Effects or other motion graphics software
- Basic animation and motion graphics capabilities
- Experience creating corporate, healthcare, real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle content
- Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools and content workflows
- Basic knowledge of color grading and audio enhancement

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and/or video editing
- Strong portfolio showcasing both design and video editing work
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Robust communication and time management skills
- Reliable internet connection and suitable remote working setup
