About the Role

Physics Wallah is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our Bangalore office.

The ideal candidate will ensure smooth facility operations, vendor management, workplace safety, and infrastructure upkeep while delivering an excellent employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the overall operations and maintenance of the office facility.

Coordinate with housekeeping, security, pantry, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.

Handle vendor management, including onboarding, negotiations, SLA monitoring, and timely payments.

Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire safety, and other building systems.

Monitor office infrastructure and coordinate repairs and maintenance activities.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.

Maintain asset inventory, office supplies, and facility-related documentation.

Manage office seating, space utilization, and workstation allocation.





Coordinate with internal stakeholders for infrastructure requirements and facility support.

Handle emergency situations and ensure business continuity with minimal operational disruption.

Prepare facility reports, budgets, and MIS as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
2–4 years of experience in Facility Management, Administration, or Workplace Operations.

Experience in corporate office or EdTech facility management is preferred.

Strong knowledge of vendor management, office maintenance, and statutory compliance.

Valuable understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Power
