About The Client:

Essential Job Functions:

- Configure and support end-to-end SAP SD processes across the Order-to-Cash cycle, including pricing, availability checks, delivery, billing, and credit management.
- Coordinate with MM teams on Procure-to-Pay touchpoints, including purchase orders, goods receipt, and invoice verification, that affect sales and billing.
- Support FI integration, including account determination, billing-to-accounting flows, tax determination, and credit management.
- Configure and support SAP tax setup and determination, including condition-based tax procedures, tax codes, tax jurisdiction codes, and customer and material tax classifications.
- Design and implement EU triangulation scenarios for cross-border intra-EU chain transactions, ensuring appropriate VAT exemption and reporting treatment.
- Configure destination-based VAT rules for intra-EU and cross-border sales, with tax determination based on the ship-to or destination country.
- Collaborate with tax and finance teams on VAT registration numbers, Plants Abroad configuration, EC Sales List reporting, and Intrastat requirements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.
- Configure SAP SD, MM, and FI solutions in line with business processes and organisational structures.
- Perform unit and integration testing and support business users during user acceptance testing.
- Provide production support, troubleshoot SD/MM/FI issues, perform root-cause analysis,



and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Prepare functional specification documents for enhancements and coordinate development with technical teams.
- Deliver end-user training and prepare process documentation.
