We're looking for someone who can bring in new business and also run their own vertical end to end think of it as owning a mini P&L; within the agency.

You'll be responsible for growing the client base, managing existing client relationships, and making sure your vertical performs both creatively and commercially. *What you'll do* - Bring in current business and grow the client base - Own the P&L; for your vertical, revenue, margins, growth - Manage and grow relationships with existing clients - Lead and mentor a team under you - Work closely with the founder and leadership on growth strategy *What we're looking for* - Minimum 8 years of experience - Agency experience is a must - A strong track record in either new business/growth or client servicing (ideally both) - Someone who can think commercially and still care about the work - Comfortable owning outcomes, not just tasks *Who this is for* A Senior Manager ready to step up to AVP, or a current AVP ready to move up to Senior AVP.
