Job Title: Business Development Manager – IT Recruitment Industry UAE Region

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a proven track record of success, and a deep understanding of the UAE and broader GCC recruitment industry.

Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our client base across the UAE and wider GCC region.

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management, ideally within the recruitment/staffing industry.

Identify and engage with potential clients across key Dubai/UAE sectors (e.g., construction, hospitality, finance, retail, oil & gas), presenting tailored recruitment solutions to meet their needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions and achieve business objectives.

Stay current with UAE labor law,



MOHRE regulations, and Emiratisation requirements as they relate to client hiring needs.

Represent the company at UAE networking events, industry forums, and client-facing meetings.

Achieve and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements & Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, preferably within the UAE or GCC recruitment/staffing market.

Robust understanding of recruitment processes and UAE employment regulations (MOHRE, visa/sponsorship processes, Emiratisation).

Existing network of client contacts in the UAE market is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; Arabic language skills a plus but not mandatory.

Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
UAE residency/valid work visa preferred, or willingness to relocate.
