The Senior process Associate/ Analyst is a position with minimum 3+ years of experience in KPO, BPO industry with minimum graduation qualification, should be willing to get trained in Insurance/F&A; field.

- Perform assigned tasks with accuracy and within a reasonable timeframe, ensuring all work is peer-reviewed.
- Follow instructions and directions to determine solutions, with limited decision-making authority.
- Identify risks and opportunities with guidance and escalate issues as necessary.
- Support the team by collecting data, delivering analysis, and assisting in problem resolution.
- Communicate effectively with the immediate team, articulating points of view clearly.
- Demonstrate an enquiring mind by asking questions and developing creative approaches to tasks.




- Show capability to lead by example and encourage others within the team.
- Provide support to meet client requirements, identifying, evaluating, and recommending options, and implementing solutions if required.
- Maintain self-motivation and confidence in own abilities, seeking feedback for continuous improvement.
- Exhibit some level of demonstrable success as evidenced by manager or client feedback.

Typically requires Bachelor degree

Experience:

- Minimum work experience should 3 years in an international BPO/KPO with Insurance or Finance domain knowledge.
- Should have worked for a minimum period of 12 months as a Sr. Executive / Sr. Associate / Sr. Analyst.
