Job Description :

- Oversee daily field operations for NLG-based projects across Navsari and adjacent regions.

- Coordinate and supervise field teams, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures and project timelines.

- Track and analyze field performance using KPIs; deliver actionable insights and regular reports to senior management.

- Conduct routine site visits to evaluate operational efficiency, identify process gaps, and implement corrective measures.

- Serve as the primary liaison between field staff and central operations for real-time issue resolution.

- Ensure accurate, timely collection, documentation, and reporting of field data.

- Lead training sessions and onboarding programs for new field personnel.

- Manage logistics, resource allocation, and distribution of equipment and materials to field teams.

- Resolve field-level issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain service continuity.

- Maintain full compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.





Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- 2–5 years of proven experience in field operations, administrative coordination, or project execution.

- Demonstrated experience in managing field teams and supervising on-ground activities.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or field management systems.

- Solid communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution abilities.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively under pressure.

- Willingness to travel frequently within Navsari and surrounding areas.

- Familiarity with NLG technologies or data collection platforms is a plus.

- Valid driving license and access to reliable transportation.
