Job Description
What Youll Be Doing (Position Summary):
The QA Analyst will ensure applications and systems meet quality standards through structured testing, validation, and defect identification.
This role is designed for someone who can bring structure, clarity, and execution discipline to technology delivery. The role will partner with business and IT stakeholders to translate needs into actionable plans, manage delivery quality, and help ensure solutions are released with the right level of readiness, control, and user alignment.

How Youll Succeed (Roles & Responsibilities):
Success in this role requires both strong execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment. You will:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution
- Partner with developers and business analysts to clarify requirements
- Perform regression, functional, and integration testing
- Support UAT cycles and validate system readiness
- Translate business priorities into structured requirements, plans, test strategies, or delivery roadmaps that support high-quality execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage scope, risks, dependencies, issues, and delivery milestones.
- Support UAT, testing, release readiness, adoption, and post-implementation stabilization as appropriate for the role.
- Use data, feedback, and delivery metrics to identify risks, improve quality, and strengthen execution discipline.
- Communicate progress, decisions, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders at the right level of detail.
Experience:
- ~47 years of relevant experience in the applicable functional, analytical, technical, or operational area.
- Experience supporting technology projects, program delivery, business analysis, QA/testing, release readiness, or portfolio execution.
- Experience operating in Agile, SDLC, or structured delivery environments with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience testing enterprise systems or applications
- Exposure to Agile delivery environments
- Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
Who You Are (Skills / Qualifications):
Must Have Skills:
- Test automation (Preferred)
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving and root cause analysis
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile
- Communication and collaboration
- Requirements, project/program, QA/testing, SDLC, Agile, delivery management, or release readiness skills.
- Strong coordination, facilitation, risk management,
stakeholder alignment, and follow-through capability.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability.
- Clear written and verbal communication with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across functions, regions, and time zones.
- High attention to detail with a solid quality, compliance, and control mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow through on commitments, and operate in a fast-paced transformation environment.
Good to Have Skills:
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, ISTQB, QA automation, ALM, Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow experience.
- Experience supporting multi-country or enterprise-wide technology implementations.
- Experience working in a shared services, GBS, captive, MSP, or outsourced delivery model.
- Exposure to global transformation, operating model change, transition, or service modernization initiatives.
- Process improvement experience, including Lean, Six Sigma, automation, or continuous improvement methods.
- Experience creating executive-ready materials, dashboards, process documentation, or stakeholder updates.
