Business Development Executive (BDE) - US Staffing (Remote)

Job Summary

Vizva Consultancy Services is looking for a energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our remote US staffing team. The ideal candidate will have top-notch communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and a passion for sales and relationship management in the US staffing and recruitment market.

Note: This is a fully remote position operating during US shift timings (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST).

Key Responsibilitie
sIdentify and generate new business opportunities in the US staffing/recruitment industry
. Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients across the US market
. Conduct cold calling, targeted email campaigns, Linked In outreach, and active lead generation
. Understand client hiring requirements thoroughly and coordinate seamlessly with internal recruitment teams
. Schedule and conduct virtual meetings and client presentations with key decision-makers
. Negotiate contracts, billing rates, and service-level agreements (SLAs)
. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets
.



Prepare professional business reports, proposals, and pitches
. Work closely with internal teams to ensure high client satisfaction and smooth delivery

Required Skills & Qualificatio
ns Communication: Excellent English verbal, written, and presentation skills with top-notch interpersonal abilitie
s. Experience: Proven experience in lead generation, client acquisition, and B2B sales (prior experience in US Staffing or IT Staffing is strongly preferred
). Shift Flexibility: Ability to comfortably work the US shift timing (06:30 PM IST to 03:30 AM IST
). Tools: Familiarity with Linked In Sales Navigator, CRM software, and MS Offic
e. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related fiel
