Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ghaziabad for an Executive Sales Manager. The Executive Sales Manager will plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market reach. Key responsibilities include client relationship management, identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and leading sales presentations. Additionally,



the role involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and align sales strategies with company goals.

Qualifications

Sales and Business Development skills, including the ability to identify recent opportunities and execute effective sales strategies.Client Relationship Management skills, with a focus on fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction.Market Research and Analysis capabilities, including the ability to understand market trends and provide actionable insights.Robust Communication and Presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and articulate business value.Leadership skills to guide and motivate sales team members in achieving targets.Proven ability to work in an in office, dynamic environment, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.Knowledge of the creative or crafts industry is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
