Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and evaluate candidates for US-based requirements.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain ATS and recruitment documentation.
Requirements
Excellent English communication skills are mandatory (Written & Verbal).
Experience in US Staffing/Recruitment is preferred.
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
