Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled D365 Technical Consultant to design, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with robust technical expertise in D365/AX, who enjoy solving complex business problems and delivering scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience, robust programming skills, and a passion for optimizing performance and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and customize Microsoft D365 solutions based on business requirements.
• Configure and develop modules such as Sales, Marketing, Field Service, and Customer Service.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and align technical solutions.
• Support data migration activities ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post go-live.
• Participate in project planning,
execution, and delivery within scope and timelines.
Required Skills & Experience
• 3–5 years of experience in Microsoft D365/AX development.
• Strong programming skills for customization and solution development.
• Hands-on experience in D365 implementations (end-to-end lifecycle preferred).
• Positive understanding of D365 product modules and functionalities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in performance optimization and system enhancements.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in migration from AX to D365.
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, MS Flow, or Logic Apps.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps and cloud-based integrations.
• Experience integrating third-party applications with D365.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MCA, or related field.
