Job Summary
The ERP Specialist (Oracle Reporting) plays a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing Oracle reporting functionalities within the ERP systems. They are responsible for creating, customizing, and analyzing reports to support business processes and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and design oracle reports based on business requirements.
Customize existing oracle reports to enhance data visualization and accuracy.
Troubleshoot and debug reporting issues to ensure data integrity.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather reporting requirements.




Optimize and streamline reporting processes for efficiency and performance.
Provide training and support to end-users on oracle reporting tools and functionalities.

Skill Requirements
Proficiency in oracle report builder and oracle bi publisher.
Robust knowledge of sql and pl/sql for data retrieval and manipulation.
Experience in data visualization tools such as tableau or power bi is a plus.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively.
Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and gather reporting requirements.

Other Requirements
Certification in Oracle Reporting or Oracle BI tools is preferred.
