Job Responsibilities
Attending Client's calls and addressing all their software queries in a timely manner.
Possessing excellent product knowledge to enhance customer support.
Conducting Online Demo & Training for Current & Existing Clients
Installing and configuring Biometric Access Control software.
Collate feedback from Customers & share it with the Software Development team.
Identifying hardware and software solutions & troubleshooting technical issues.
Conducting research on the potential Client's database as per the requirement
Skills And Qualifications
Valuable command of written and spoken English
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word/ Excel, Internet & Social Media)
Minimum Graduate
Working Days: Monday – Saturday
