Job Summary
We are looking for a Sales Operations qualified to support sales leadership by ensuring accurate reporting, forecasting, governance, and coordination across Sales, Delivery, Finance, and other cross‑functional teams. The role will be responsible for managing sales performance data, driving operational rigor, and enabling informed decision‑making through timely and accurate insights. The ideal candidate should be detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable working in a quick‑paced, deadline‑driven setting while handling multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Sales leadership with end‑to‑end sales operations and reporting.
• Track and manage sales forecasts,



pipelines, bookings, revenue, and budgets.
• Ensure alignment between Sales and Delivery numbers (EE/EER, forecast, actuals).
• Prepare and publish MIS, dashboards, and leadership presentations.
• Maintain accurate account, AM mapping, and sales hierarchy in systems.
• Coordinate with Finance, Delivery, HR, and Sales teams for data validation and closures.
• Support quarterly / monthly business reviews, KPP/KPI tracking, and leadership decks.
• Ensure process compliance, data accuracy, and timely closures.
• Act as a single point of contact for sales operations‑related escalations.
