Skills: SAP SD, SAP ECC, Sales Orders, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, Order-to-Cash, MM, FI, IDoc processing, output determination, intercompany sales scenarios, SAP S/4HANA, EDI, third-party logistics, SAP ChaRM

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP SD solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP ECC SD module (Sales Orders, Delivery, Billing, Pricing, Credit Management, etc.).
• Support end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
• Work on integrations with modules such as MM (Materials Management), FI (Financial Accounting).
• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Create and maintain functional specifications and work closely with ABAP developers for custom development.
• Provide support for existing SAP SD processes, meet SLAs, resolve issues, and handle change requests.
• Participate in SAP rollouts, upgrades, and migration projects.




• Interact with stakeholders and team members in different regions of the world (multiple time zones).
• Train key users and support end-user documentation and training sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 15 years of hands-on experience with SAP SD module.
• Solid understanding of core SD processes: sales order processing, pricing, shipping, billing, and returns.
• Experience in configuring SD master data (customers, materials, pricing conditions).
• Knowledge of IDoc processing, output determination, and intercompany sales scenarios.
• Familiarity with integration touchpoints (FI, MM, WM, LE).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team setting and independently.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a solid plus.
• Exposure to EDI and third-party logistics (3PL) integration.
• Experience with SAP ChaRM is preferred.
