We are seeking an experienced React Lead Developer to design, build, and lead the development of scalable, high-performance web applications. You will own React architecture, guide the frontend team, and collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver high-quality user experiences.

Roles And Responsibilities
Lead React frontend development and define application architecture
Build scalable, maintainable UI solutions using contemporary React patterns
Translate business and UX requirements into clean, performant code
Establish coding standards, best practices, and perform code reviews
Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, and scalability

Collaborate closely with backend, UX, and Dev Ops teams
