Job Summary
The Senior Test Lead will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive test plans that align with project requirements and objectives. This position demands collaboration with project stakeholders to define the testing scope, goals, and deliverables. By leveraging advanced testing methodologies and frameworks, the Senior Test Lead ensures high-quality outputs while fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the QA team.

Key Responsibilities
Participate In Functional And Technical Discussions With Clients And Teams To Understand Specifications, Highlight Performance Concerns, And Ensure Appropriate Test Environments And Infrastructure Are Maintained Using Python And Related Testing Tools.
Identify Prospects For Process Improvement In Testing Methodologies And Tools,



Implementing Best Practices Using Python To Enhance The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of The Testing Process.
Oversee The Creation And Execution Of Automated Test Scripts Utilizing Python Frameworks Such As Pytest Or Unittest, Ensuring Consistency And Alignment With Quality Standards To Minimize Risk Exposure.
Develop, Guide, And Mentor Qa Engineers In The Use Of Python Testing Frameworks And Methodologies, Enhancing Their Technical Capabilities And Increasing Overall Productivity.

Skill Requirements
Proficiency In Python With A Robust Understanding Of Testing Frameworks Such As Pytest And Unittest.
Solid Knowledge Of Test Automation Strategies And Continuous Integration Tools.
In-Depth Experience In Developing Test Plans, Test Cases, And Automated Scripts.
Familiarity With Performance Testing, Regression Testing, And User Acceptance Testing.
