Job Description

Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain full-stack features using React (Vite), Node.js, SQL, and MongoDB
Optimize database queries and front-end performance for large-scale applications
Leverage AI tools (e.g., Cursor IDE) to accelerate development and enhance code quality
Independently manage project ownership and drive features to completion
Maintain high standards for code quality, architecture, and overall system performance
Collaborate with peers in an AI-first workflow to continuously improve development efficiency
Proactively identify and resolve system dependencies and integration challenges

Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field




7–10+ years of qualified experience in software development, preferably in versatile, non-corporate settings
Solid expertise in React (Vite), Node.js, SQL, MongoDB, and full-stack architecture
Experience with AI-assisted development tools and workflows
Excellent problem-solving skills, autonomy, and proactive ownership of projects
Hands-on mentality: able to conceptualize, review, adjust, and deploy code independently
Fluent in English
Leadership mindset: capable of orchestrating AI workflows and effectively leading AI-driven development
