Job Description
Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to gather and understand billing, charging requirements, pricing structures, and revenue management processes.
Solution Design: Design and configure SAP Convergent Charging solutions tailored to complex billing and revenue management needs.
Pricing Configuration: Configure pricing models, rate plans, and charging rules within SAP Convergent Charging to align with business requirements.
Rating Engine: Implement and customize the rating engine to ensure accurate charge calculations for diverse services and products.
Integration: Integrate SAP Convergent Charging with other SAP modules such as SAP CRM and SAP FI, as well as with external systems to enable seamless data exchange.
Testing:



Conduct comprehensive testing phases including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate solution accuracy and performance.
Documentation: Prepare detailed documentation covering solution design, configuration settings, and testing procedures.
Training: Provide end-user and stakeholder training on SAP Convergent Charging functionalities and processes.
Support: Offer post-implementation support by troubleshooting issues and addressing user queries related to charging and billing operations.
