Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Design Leadership & Strategy: Lead the design process for complex digital products, from initial research to final delivery, while maintaining a keen focus on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
User-Centered Design: Use your expertise to conduct user research, gather insights, and create user personas, journeys, and wireframes that inform design solutions.
UI/UX Design Execution: Create high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and design specifications that meet usability standards and visual expectations across multiple platforms.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Partnerships: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between design and development teams. Advocate for user-centric solutions and drive design consistency across the product.
Mentorship & Growth: Guide and mentor junior designers, helping them grow in their design expertise and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Design System Contribution: Contribute to and help evolve our design system, ensuring a consistent,



cohesive user experience across products.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a robust portfolio demonstrating your ability to solve complex design challenges across multiple touchpoints.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar, and a deep understanding of design principles, user-centered design, and front-end technologies.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to balance user needs, business requirements, and technical constraints while producing elegant, functional solutions.
Collaboration & Communication: Solid interpersonal skills and a track record of working effectively with cross-functional teams. You are able to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Adaptability & Growth: A desire to continuously refine your design craft and stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry.
