Serves as the final escalation point for Oracle database operations. Ensures long‑term platform stability and resilience through expert troubleshooting, governance‑aligned changes, and structured problem management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead resolution of complex database incidents; perform performance tuning and optimization; plan and execute high‑risk changes with rollback; conduct root cause analysis; mentor L2 resources and improve runbooks.

Skill Requirements
Advanced Oracle DBA expertise; robust troubleshooting and performance skills; experience with high‑availability and recovery scenarios; risk management capability; healthcare data platform experience strongly preferred.

Other Requirements
Owns advanced Oracle database support, complex troubleshooting, and high‑risk operational activities.
