Responsibilities
Provide consultation on Oracle Flexcube implementations and support projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design solutions tailored to their banking needs.
Conduct system testing and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure successful deployment.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle Flexcube applications.




Help clients optimize their banking processes by advising on best practices and system enhancements.
Prepare documentation for project deliverables and maintain accurate records of the consulting process.
Stay updated on industry trends and Oracle Flexcube advancements to provide informed recommendations.

Requirements
Educational background in any field.
Proven experience in Oracle Flexcube or similar banking software.
Solid analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
Knowledge of BFSI industry operations and challenges.
