Lead statutory, internal, tax, and regulatory audits with zero non-compliance mindset.
Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and governance mechanisms.
Oversee direct and indirect taxation, regulatory filings, and compliance with SEBI / Companies Act.
Operational Finance & Performance
Drive cost optimization,
