Job Description

Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engg / Structural Engg desired, Post Graduate in Structural Engg / Offshore Structure is preferable.

Experience: 5 to 12 years

Required Skills/Experience

Conversant with SACS software for analysis / design of offshore structures. Hands on experience in performing Inplace / Inservice and Preservice analysis of Fixed offshore platform Jacket & topsides / FPSO Topside Modules.

Also Experience in Fatigue, Seismic, on bottom stability, Floatation & Upending for Jackets / platforms will be an added advantage.

Experience in using FEM softwares – ANSYS / ABACUS would be an added advantage.

The offshore Structural Engineer shall perform structural analysis of Offshore Structures and provide inputs to structural modelers / drafting team, check 3D Model & Drawings covering Engineering aspects using NAVIS works , prepare calculation reports/ MTO / BOQ / BOM, Provide Inputs for Weight Control report, Interact with other Disciplines for design development and shall be familiar with Structural Material Grades / fabrication aspects / detailing aspects.
