Job Description
Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack orders according to established procedures, ensuring timely and productive fulfillment.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts, and report any discrepancies.
Material Management: Receive, store, and organize materials and products within the warehouse, ensuring productive space utilization and accessibility.
Dispatch Supervision: Assist in the preparation and coordination of shipments, ensuring timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
Team Management: Collaborate effectively with team members, contribute to a positive work environment, and assist in training new staff as needed.
Good Communication: Maintain transparent and effective communication with colleagues, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and address any issues promptly.
