Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IBM Product Master (IPM) v14 qualified to support the design, development, configuration, and maintenance of Master Data Management (MDM) solutions. The role involves implementing product master data models, integrations, workflows, and ensuring data quality and governance aligned with business and IT requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and configure IBM Product Master v14 solutions.
• Customize catalogs, hierarchies, attributes, and workflows.
• Configure data models, lookup tables, and validation rules.
• Manage data import/export and syndication processes.
• Develop and maintain Java-based extensions and business rules.
• Integrate IPM with ERP, eCommerce, PLM, and other systems.
• Support deployments, upgrades, and performance tuning.
• Provide L2/L3 production support and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with IBM Product Master v14.




• Solid knowledge of MDM concepts and data governance.
• Proficiency in Java, XML, JSON, and SQL.
• Experience with databases such as Oracle or DB2.
• Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments.

To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
To support as an Subject Matter Expert
To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with recent technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.
To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.
To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.
To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
