Design, configure, and implement Open Text VIM solutions for PO and Non-PO invoice processing.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and translate business requirements into functional solutions.
Configure VIM workflows, process types, process options, roles, exceptions, notifications, and logic modules.
Integrate VIM with SAP S/4HANA
Support invoice automation, document pipeline processing, and OCR/ICC configurations.
Prepare functional specifications, testing scripts, and cutover plans.
Provide production support, troubleshooting, workflow analysis, and root cause resolution.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, ABAP teams, Basis teams, and cross-functional SAP teams.
