Job Summary
Entry-level support role focused on basic certificate-related tasks and customer interactions

Key Responsibilities
• Monitor certificate requests and route to appropriate teams.
• Provide initial triage for certificate issues (e.g., expired certs, basic validation errors).
• Assist users with submitting Certificate Signing Requests (CSRs).
• Maintain ticketing system updates and escalate as needed.
• Follow documented procedures for common tasks.
